U15 Boys over Tan Holdings

Coach John reports on the U15 Boys game last Friday!

Paire victorious over Tan Holdings, 3-1, in the second meeting with the THFC squad.  A happy outcome as the THFC edged Paire 1-0 in the first meeting.  First goal scored by Joe Seo at 12 minutes.  Two minutes later, Joe's brother Ivan Seo scored the second goal for Paire.  THFC scored in minute 28.  In the second half, Joe Seo was a tad too aggressive and was given a yellow card at 65 minutes.  The third and final goal for Paire came at 74 minutes into the game by none other than Enis Seich who ordinarily plays keeper (and a fine keeper he is!).

Congratulations to the U15 Boys.  Today they play the Paire women's team.  Should be an interesting match.  Mother vs son.

Saipan Tribune article today: Paire breaks into win column

Paire Football Club snapped its losing skid in the M-League after dominating Korean Football Association on Saipan in the second game in Division 1, 5-1, last Sunday at the Oleai Sports Complex Field.

Team captain Steve McKagan scored twin goals to lead Paire's first win this season. Paire also drew one goal each from Daniel Agulto, Trey Dunn, and Juanito Tiamzon to avenge their 0-4 defeat at the hands of KFAS during the M-League opening day last month. Paire's other loss came from Inter Godfather's.

McKagan got Paire's offense going, as he scored right into the third minute of the first half. KFAS also lit up the scoreboard early off Brian Lee's goal in the eighth minute before it went cold for the majority of the match.

After KFAS (1-1-1) equalized, Agulto brought Paire back into the driver's seat at the 24th minute and McKagan made it a 3-1 advantage when he got his second goal in the 32nd. Dunn stretched the lead to four with his goal in the 55th, while Tiamzon came off the bench midway in the second half and gave Paire its fifth goal in the 62nd.
