Week 2 Cancellation of games

To All NMIFA Club Officials, Players, Coaches, Referees:

Games for all age groups, competitive and non-competitive, are cancelled tomorrow (Sat. Oct. 17, 2015).

More sever weather conditions are expected to prevail later today and most or all soccer fields may not be ready by tomorrow. A lot of players may not be able to show-up for their games due to the aftermath of the typhoon. As of now it appears that a lot of areas are flooded and without power.

I'm releasing this announcement through my personal email because the NMIFA internet server is currently down. A later announcement may not be possible because of power outages.

NO U15/U18 boys practice Tues Oct 13

PSS has cancelled school on Tues Oct 13 due to the expected weather, so we are cancelling soccer practice for U15/U18 boys also. See you all on Thursday.

Hello Paire Parents and Players,
Soccer practice starts this week! All players will remain in the same age groups as last season. Practices for U12, U10, U8 & U6 will be held at DanDan Middle School.

U6 - Wednesday, October 7 @ 5:00 pm @ DanDan MS
U8 - Wednesday, October 7 @ 5:00 pm @ DanDan MS
U10 - Friday October 9 @ 5:00 pm @ DanDan MS
U12 - Thursday, October 8 @ 5:00 pm @ DanDan MS
U15/U18 Boys, Tuesday October 6 @ 4:30 pm @ Koblerville ES
U15 Girls, To Be Announced in a seperate email

Since this Fall's soccer season is only six weeks long, the registration fee for returning players is $5.00. The registration fee for a new Paire player is $35 which includes NMIFA registration and league fees. If your child/children are unable to play this season, please let us know so that we can plan accordingly!

The first games of the season will be this Saturday, October 10. We will send you the schedule as soon as we have it. See you at practice,

U13 Boys EAFF Festival in Guam - Tryouts Sat Oct 3, 4 pm at Ada

Hi Paire "U13 Boys" parents and players:

I was at the NMIFA office over lunch and they announced that there will be tryouts tomorrow Saturday October 3, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Ada Gym field for the U13 boys "National Team" (that's what I'm calling it) who will travel to Guam for a soccer festival Nov 7 - 11. Eligible players are those born on and between January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2003 and are US Citizens (have a U.S Passport or can get one). Eligible players on Paire teams are on both our U12 competitive and U15 boys teams. I am sending this e-mail to all the eligible players that I know of from our rosters last season. The eligible players I know of include:

those born in 2002:
- Edjie Balicante
- Jamin Elliot
- Raffi Lee
- TJ Castillion
- Robbie Schorr

those born in 2003:
- Kaden Church
- Juan Guerrero
- Nolan Mariano
- Blake Mister
- Marty Taisacan
- Dominic Torres
- Mateo Guerrero

I would encourage all these players to show up at Ada Gym tomorrow, Sat Oct 3 around 3:40 pm to be ready for a try-out/practice with Coach Koo at 4:00 pm. It would be great to see a lot of Paire players on the "National Team" and travel to Guam. I've had a glance at the Guam schedule, and there will be a lot of games played against other countries!
