Hi Jamila: The registration form is good for an entire calendar year. Since we have just started 2014 - you need to fill out a new registration form. What age group you are in is based on what age you will be during the calendar year. Starting January many players moved up an age group. The other reason we need the registration form is for your parents signature/permission at the bottom of the page. I hope this answers your question. Leave a Reply. |
